    • Toyota/Lexus joining the modern world with a twin turbo 4.0 liter V8 for the Lexus LC F?

BoostAddict.com considers the Lexus LC500 a joke of a car in performance terms. It's fat. It's slow. It is simply behind the times. What could give it a boost you ask? How about a brand new 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 with over 600 horsepower for the LC-F?

Now that is something to take seriously.

Lexus stated they would produce an LC F and a Japanese site states a brand new 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 is being designed for it. A V8 with over 630 horsepower.

If one were to guess Lexus will no doubt employ a design similar to the Audi 4.0 TFSI and Mercedes M177. Expect another 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 with twin scroll turbos mounted in the valley.

The more boost the better, right? At least we will be able to take the performance of the LC F seriously. Now what are they going to do about its porky 4300+ pound weight?

That's more like it. I saw a LC500 parked next to mine couple months ago. I must say I like the way it looks from behind. Very futuristic/sleek...I still can't stand the fscking grille tho.

The design is pretty awesome but the weight and the way it drives just isn't that great.

The LC-F should address that hopefully.
