    • Nissan builds a turbo 370Z - Project Clubsport 23 370Z has a VR30DDTT swap

This is admittedly a very cool concept car and something Nissan should really think of building. Especially considering it is using parts they already have available such as the Infiniti 3.0 liter VR30DDTT motor which responds very well to tuning.

Nissan swaps in the turbo 3.0 liter twin turbo V6 and leaves it at 400 horsepower. It is mated to a manual transmission. The car also gets a special NISMO differential.

AMS tuning parts are included as well courtesy of an intake and upgraded cooling.

The tires, brakes, and suspension pieces are all overhauled. You get KW shocks, Hankook tires, and lightweight Rays wheels.

Inside are racing seats from Sparco. The steering wheel is replaced with a racing unit that does not have an airbag. A roll cage and harnesses finish things off showing the intended use of the vehicle.

This is likely just going to end up as a concept but Nissan is toying with the idea of creating a swap kit for 370Z's. Frankly, this is exactly what a new 400Z should be.

The platform needs a refresh first though. That chassis is ooooooold and pretty heavy for a small 2 seater.
