    • Bolt on Gen V Viper vs. bolt on CTS-V, HCI C6Z, C7Z, stroker Camaro, Procharged C7, GT-R, and a GT500

This is a bolt on Gen V Viper with your typical mods. He has the Arrow Racing ECU which is a canned tune essentially. Beyond that the Viper has the Belanger exhaust with cats, RSI headers, filer, and an underdrive pulley. It makes 576 horsepower and 532 lb-ft of torque at the wheels.

With a more aggressive tune he could top 600 to the wheels. Regardless, the car performs extremely well.

The bolt on 2nd Gen CTS-V does ok but gets pulled fairly easily both runs.

Next up is a 7XX whp bolt on C7Z. Considering the Corvette has a blower and is making more power as well as torque it is impressive the Viper beats it.

A fourth generation Camaro with a stroker motor tries its luck next and it is easily beaten.

How about a bolt on Challenger Hellcat? The bolt on Hellcat does well but the Viper edges it up top.

A C6 Corvette Z06 with a heads, cam, and intake upgrade is next. It is said to be 13:1 compression and making in the 6XX wheel horsepower range. The Z looks to botch the first run. It then botches the second. The third time is the charm and the Viper pulls ahead.

Procharged C7's can be very stout. This one is said to make 745 to the wheels. It shows as the C7 dominates the Viper. Looks to be an automatic as well.

Three-way action is next with the Procharged C7, the Viper, and a 3.6 Kenne Bell GT500. The C7 and Mustang pull away from the Viper and slug it out.

The final run features a Nissan GT-R with unknown mods. The Viper seems to get a bit of a jump and that is that.

      Great runs overall.
